Manage statuses in the schedule

The Administrator can augment the “Remote” and “Not Working” statuses to schedule users with extra statuses.

1. Go to Manage > Workspace management > Schedule Statuses
2. Add the desired Substatuses to the “Remote” and “Not Working” columns
3. These statuses will then appear to the user when planning a schedule
