Headcount planning

Headcount planning is a specific type of future planning the workplace team needs to consider to make their workplace adapt to the needs of their people. By working the HR or a people team, to analyze hiring plans, employee churn rate, hiring goals, facilities professionals can cross reference that with occupancy data, utilization data, employee feedback, as well as other data points to accurately plan a workplace for hiring. This could mean rearranging the floor plan to fit more work points in the same office or an expansion plan for new floors or a whole new office.
