Whitelist for automatic check-In for selected users

We added a whitelist of users to check-in settings for whom booking confirmation is not required. If the booking organizer belongs to such a group, the system automatically considers the booking confirmed without any additional actions from the user.

For these bookings, reminder notifications are not sent, and bookings are not automatically canceled due to missing confirmation. This removes unnecessary steps in scenarios where presence confirmation is not required.

The setting works both globally and for specific offices and meeting rooms, allowing companies to flexibly configure rules for different spaces and user groups.

This update makes the booking process more convenient and allows check-in settings to better match real usage scenarios.
