Eligibility
This 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to:

  • New customers purchasing a subscription to UnSpot for the first time;
  • The initial subscription purchase only.

The guarantee does not apply to:

  • Subscription renewals;
  • Additional licenses purchased after the initial order;
  • Professional services, including but not limited to onboarding, implementation, configuration, training, consulting, integrations, migration services, or custom development;
  • Third-party fees, taxes, duties, or similar charges;
  • Enterprise agreements or custom contracts that contain separate refund provisions.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@unspot.com within fourteen (14) calendar days of your original purchase date and provide sufficient information to identify your account.

Refund Processing
If your request qualifies under this policy, UnSpot will issue a refund of the subscription fees paid for the eligible purchase. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Upon issuance of a refund, access to the applicable UnSpot services may be suspended or terminated.

Abuse Prevention
This guarantee is intended to allow customers to evaluate UnSpot in good faith. UnSpot reserves the right to deny refund requests where we reasonably determine that:

  • The policy is being abused;
  • Multiple accounts have been created to obtain repeated refunds;
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized activity has occurred.

Changes to this Policy
UnSpot reserves the right to modify or discontinue this 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee at any time. Any changes will not affect purchases made before the effective date of the change.
