Updated tooltips for desks and parking places

We have updated the tooltips for desks and parking places to make them clearer and more convenient for users. Empty blocks are no longer displayed, texts look cleaner, and key information is easier to read.

We also improved key scenarios for displaying information within tooltips: for priority-assigned places, users they are assigned to are now shown, and if there are multiple users, the full list can be viewed in a separate modal window. Favorite desks and parking places are now more noticeable thanks to an updated icon, and labels, texts, and certain interface elements have been unified.

This makes the information easier to understand and more convenient for users.
