Switch off notifications to collect analytics

A "Switch off notifications" option has been added to global and local settings, allowing administrators to disable confirmation and cancellation notifications when the access control system (ACS) is active. Activating "Switch off notifications" removes reminders and notifications associated with the booking process.

The update allows to collect statistics on office visits by employees to analyse workload of places.
