Disabling schedule templates at the company level

Companies can now disable schedule templates for all users. This simplifies schedule management and allows companies to control the work schedule planning process. When the setting is enabled, users can no longer use schedule templates, and the system automatically blocks this functionality.

After the policy is enabled, all existing schedule templates are automatically deleted. Users also cannot enable templates for themselves or their subordinates — the system informs them that template usage is restricted by company policy.

In addition, after the policy is enabled, template repeats that were already configured will no longer run, and related notifications will not be sent.

This update simplifies workflow management and allows companies to configure their own rules for schedule management.
