Customizable employee consent request at login

We have updated the login screen to make the sign-in process clearer, more convenient, and more secure. The interface now adapts to the available authentication methods — including SSO, standard email and password login, or a separate login flow for administrators — depending on the company’s configuration.

We also added mandatory consent checkboxes for the processing and transfer of personal data before sign-in. Users must confirm these consents before they can log in, making the process more transparent and better aligned with security and compliance requirements.

In addition, we refined the logic for handling user credentials. The system now takes company settings into account when displaying and sending login credentials: if password-based login is disabled, credentials are not available; if it is allowed only for administrators, these actions are available only to users with administrative roles. The same rules also apply to welcome emails.

This update gives companies more flexibility in configuring login scenarios and makes credential handling more secure and predictable for both administrators and end users.
