Webhooks Management : System Access Request

UnSpot administrators can now choose who will receive notifications of access requests. Instead of sending emails to all administrators, the system will send them only to the specified email addresses.

In the Outgoing webhooks section, the ability to create a subscription to the "New employee" event by specifying one or more email addresses has been added. If the subscription is not configured, notifications will not be sent.

For convenience, a new subscription form has been implemented and the logic of sending emails has been updated. Now, when a request is received, the system checks subscriptions and sends notifications only to active addresses. The email includes a ‘Go to UnSpot’ button that allows you to quickly open the access request page or, if you don't have access, proceed to authorisation.

This update gives administrators more control over notifications and reduces unnecessary emails.
