Updated synchronization with resource calendars

The new synchronisation logic allows to sync the email of the meeting's organizer even if there is no profile of this user in UnSpot.
Displaying the organizer's contact information helps attendees to know whom to contact for additional details.
Also an organizer without a profile in UnSpot can confirm meeting room bookings via email notification.
