Pricing of external (shared) meeting rooms

We support now the information on pricing of meeting rooms bookings. This feature works for external meeting rooms that are synchronized (shared) with another organization.

Information about the booking fee for a scheduled meeting is available to the user, and it is possible to see if the booking fee is within or exceeds the current credit limit.
