Subscriptions: Notification of a new employee

A new subscription “Users: New employee” has been added, which allows you to notify the office manager when a new user is added in order to prepare a workplace for them.

Now when a new employee is added, the system automatically sends a notification to the specified email, for example, to the office manager or IT department. This email contains key information about the employee to quickly organize everything - workplace, access and equipment.

This simplifies the onboarding process and helps new employees get up to speed faster.
