OpenLDAP Integration for User and Group Sync

We’ve added the ability to synchronize users and access groups with OpenLDAP. Administrators can now automatically import employee data, their groups, and roles in the system — just like with Active Directory. When connecting, you can choose whether to link users by UID or by email.

In addition, employee avatars are now synchronized: the system fetches images from OpenLDAP, processes them, and adjusts them to the optimal size so that profiles always look neat and consistent.
