Notification of the end of a parking reservation

Аdded the option of receiving notifications when your parking bookings end. You can set up to receive notifications via:
1. Email.
2. Telegram.
3. Slack.
4. Push.

The Reception role receives notifications for all end of user’s parking bookings. Available ways to receive notifications:
1. Email.
2. Telegram.
