New feature – QR code on display

It is possible now to display the QR code on the tablets. Scanning this QR code allows the users to:

• Book a meeting room through the application if booking from the display is not allowed.
• Open the app and book a meeting room from the personal account, and not anonymously from the display.
• Open the information about the meeting room in the app (capacity, equipment, picture, any additional information/description).
• Confirm the booking if local check-in confirmation is required.

The QR code can be enabled on the page with display app settings for every single meeting room.
