Managing Employee Work Schedules
A new setting has been added to employee profiles that allows managers to set and monitor work mode. There are four options available:
- Flexible – no office attendance requirements for the employee, no restrictions.
- Remote – for employees who never work in the office.
- Hybrid – allows setting an attendance requirement for office days.
- Office – the employee always works in the office.
For the hybrid schedule, the system calculates how many days per month the employee needs to work in the office.
On the Work Schedule page, a notification shows how many office days are planned and how many are remaining to meet the attendance requirement. This information updates automatically with each booking change, ensuring it is always current.
Managing work time is now simpler: schedules are transparent, attendance requirements are clear, and planning workdays is straightforward.
