Manage your space: favorite workplaces for your work schedule

We have updated our app with a new feature — now you can manage your workspaces and mark them as “favorites.” This means you can highlight the desks you like the most, and they will be outlined on the office map with a bright line.

How it works:

• You mark a desk as “favorite,” and it gets highlighted on the map.
• If you remove a desk from your “favorites” list, the bright outline disappears.

Important to know:

• You can mark any available desks as “favorites,” even if they are free, booked, assigned to someone, or temporarily unavailable.

Why this is useful:

• This feature will help you better manage your work schedule and reserve workspaces. The system will prioritize booking workspaces from your “favorites” list when planning your schedule.
