Local confirmation settings for each meeting room

There is an update in meeting rooms settings: it is now possible to set up the the separate confirmation rules for each conference room, regardless of the global settings.
This allows to upgrade the management of the checkin process: if the rules are the same, you can use the global settings, if they are different, you can customize the rules locally for each single room.
