Follow-up Reminder for Booking Confirmation
We’ve added a follow-up reminder to confirm bookings.
If a user hasn’t completed check-in the first time, the system will send a second reminder—one hour before the check-in window closes, provided that at least one hour has passed since the first reminder and the check-in window is at least two hours long.
This follow-up reminder applies to both workspace and parking bookings. It covers both check-in stages and is sent through the same channels as the initial notification: Push, Email, or Slack—depending on the user's preferences.
