Flexible Advance Booking Threshold Settings

The "Advance booking threshold" policy settings have become even more flexible, allowing you to define when the booking window opens while automatically accounting for all active reservations. Administrators can now set the exact time when bookings for the next day become available and choose whether ongoing (but not yet finished) booking should count toward the booking limit.

As a result, users only see truly available resources, while administrators gain full control over booking start times and how active reservations are counted — making the process clear, convenient, and free of unnecessary manual work.
