Extra statuses: Visual display of work modes

Administrators now can create extra statuses and assign unique colors to them, making it easier to visualize and help navigate employee statuses faster.

The option becomes available when an employee selects "Not Working" or "Remote" as the root status.

In addition, we have made it necessary to specify a full and short title for extra-statuses. This ensures that statuses are easily displayed and perceived on a variety of devices, from cell phones to large monitors.
