Calendar and User Sync Error Notifications

We’ve updated the notification and logging system. Now, all errors occurring during calendar synchronization are automatically logged and stored.

Administrators will receive email reports describing these errors if they are subscribed to the “System: Synchronisation Errors” notification group. These notifications are sent the following morning and include only relevant and significant events. If multiple errors occur during the day, the most important ones are prioritized in the report.

Additionally, the system now sends reminders about upcoming SCIM token expirations. A notification is sent one day before expiration, provided the “System: Synchronisation Errors” subscription is active. This helps ensure timely renewals and avoid disruptions.

These changes are aimed at improving system reliability and making it easier to monitor key processes.
