Added lockers

In the beta-version we have opened the possibility for users to book Lokers.

The administrator adds a page with lockers to the workspaces, and users can book the required box in the new section "Lockers".

The lockers functionality works in beta-testing for now only for booking, in the future there will be a function of opening/closing the locker.
