Comfortable booking for guests

To make working in the office more comfortable, we have developed the ability for the users to book desk and parking place for guests who are not registered in our system without requirement to enter the guest's email address.
This will allow guests to access the office more easily and create a comfortable environment for their work. After booking, the system will automatically send a notification to the guest with information about the date, time and place of the meeting (if the email was entered while creating the reservation). In the interface you can see all current reservations: for each reserved desk/paking lot there is a note whom it is booked for. When you move the cursor over a desk or parking place, a tooltip with detailed information about the reservation appears.
We are convinced that these innovations will significantly facilitate the organization of bookings and interaction with guests.
