Assigned Places outside of booking limits

We have updated the logics of limited number of bookings setting. User assigned places, such as desks or parkings spots for specific days of the week, now are not counted against the booking limit set by the global booking restriction policy.

This means that users can book their assigned places without limit, maintaining flexibility and convenience when scheduling their working time.
