  1. Basic concepts
    Website – a website located on the Internet at https://unspot.com/
    Site Administration – limited liability company “Umbrella”, located at the address: 4, Room 35, Floor 2, 7 Nobel Street, the territory of the Skolkovo Innovation Center, Moscow, Russia
    Site Resources – informational content of the site (apps, links, documents, e-books, photos and other information products).
    User – the site user, the person who is on the site.
    Policy – this Standard Privacy Policy for the use of the requested data.
  2. General provisions
    1. This Policy is an official standard document and defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals who use the Site Resources.
    2. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure the proper protection of information about users, including their personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure.
    3. The relations related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of user information are regulated by this Policy and current Russian legislation.
    4. The current version of the Policy, which is a public document, was developed by the Site Administration and is available to any Internet user when clicking on the hypertext link “Privacy Policy and use of requested data”. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Policy. When making changes to the Site Administration Policy, the Administration is not obliged to notify users.
    5. By using the Site Resources, the user agrees to the terms of this Policy.
    6. If the user does not agree with the terms of this Policy, the use of the Site Resources must be immediately terminated.
  3. Terms of use of the Site Resources
    1. By providing services for the use of the Site Resources, the Site Administration, acting reasonably and in good faith, considers that the user: has all the necessary rights that allow him to use the Resources of the site; 
      1. specifies reliable personal information to the extent necessary to use the Site Resources;
      2. understands that the user cannot delete some types of the transmitted information when using the Site Resources;
      3. the user is familiar with this Policy, consents to it and assumes the rights and obligations specified in it.
    2. The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about users
  4. Information processing goals
    The Site Administration processes information about users, including their personal data, in order to fulfill the obligations of the Site Administration to users in relation to the use of the Site Resources and to provide users with current and final information.
  5. Composition of user information
    The Site Administration may process information about users that includes:
    1. Personal data of users provided with the consent of users and necessary for the use of the Site Resources: name, contact phone number, email, Skype.
  6. Processing of user personal data
    1. The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of the following principles:
      1. legality of the purposes and methods of processing personal data and good faith;
      2. compliance of the purposes of personal data processing with the purposes defined in advance and declared when collecting personal data, as well as with the powers of the Site Administration;
      3. compliance of the volume and nature of the processed personal data, methods of processing personal data with the purposes of processing personal data;
      4. it is unacceptable to combine databases containing personal data created for incompatible purposes.
    2. Terms and purposes of personal data processing
      1. The Site Administration processes the user personal data with his consent in order to provide services to the user for the use of the Site Resources.
    3. Collection of personal data
      1. The user’s personal data provided for in clause 5.1 of this Policy is transferred to the Site Administration with the user’s consent. The user’s consent to the transfer of his personal data to the Site Administration is provided in the form of specific actions when the user first downloads the Site Resources.
    4. Transfer of personal data
      1. Personal data of users is not transferred to any third parties, except for the cases expressly provided for in this Policy. The provision of personal data of users at the request of state bodies (local self-government bodies) is carried out according to the procedure provided for by law.
    5. Destruction of personal data
      1. The user’s personal data is destroyed when the Site Administration deletes the information provided by the user from its electronic media after the expiration of their validity period;
    6. The user personal information obtained by the Site Administration cannot be accessed by other users.
  7. Users rights and obligations
    1. Users have the right to:
      1. receive unlimited free access to the Site Resources, thus updating information about yourself;
      2. by request, receive information from the Developer regarding the processing of personal data.
  8. Measures to protect user information
    The Site Administration takes technical, organizational and legal measures to ensure the protection of the user’s personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions.
  9. Limiting the Policy validity 
    This Policy does not apply to the actions and Internet resources of third parties.
  10. User requests
    1. Users have the right to send their requests to the Site Administration. These may include requests regarding their personal data use provided for in clause 7.1.2 of this Policy, in writing to the address specified in the “Write to us” section in the form of an e-document signed with a qualified electronic signature according to the Russian Federation law, to the email address specified in the “Write to Us” section.
    2. The request sent by the user must contain the following information:
      1. the number of the main identity document of the user or his/her representative;
      2. information about the date of issue of the specified document and the issuing authority;
      3. information confirming the user’s participation in relations with the Site Administration (in particular, information about downloading one of the Site Resources to the personal e-mail address used by the user when using the Site Resources);
      4. signature of the user or his/her representative.
    3. The Site Administration undertakes to review and send a response to the user request within 30 days from the date of the request receipt.
    4. All correspondence received by the Site Administration from users (requests in written or e-form) refers to restricted access information and is not disclosed without the user written consent. Personal data and other information about the user who sent the request may not be used without the user’s special consent, except for responding to the subject of the request received or in cases expressly provided for by law.
